Cost Information
We have a two part fee structure for this event, the season fee and the daily fee.
Season Fee
There is no cost to submit an application. Upon approval, the season fee will be due. A discount is given for vendors who apply and are approved for both the Global Market and Night Market.
- 2023 Havana Street Global Market Season Fee – $125
- 2023 Havana Street Night Market Season Fee – $125
- 2023 Discounted Season Fee ($50 off) for Both Markets – $200
We may be able to offer payment plans and special pricing for emerging businesses, non-profits and other qualified organizations. Contact us for more details.
Daily Fee
The only other fee that we charge is the daily fee, which will be due at the end of each market attended. That fee structure is as follows:
- Havana Street Global Market – 10% of sales with a $25 minimum
- Havana Street Night Market – 10% of sales with a $25 minimum
Please note that this daily fee structure applies only to vendors selling products at the market. Service providers or marketers pay a flat daily fee of $100 per market they attend.

The Havana Street Global Market was a standout event for us and the city of Aurora last year, and we are excited to bring it back for its second season! The event showcased the rich diversity of the city and was a fun-filled experience with vendors from different parts of the world, mouth-watering and deliciously diverse food, and captivating cultural performances.
This year, we are taking the Havana Street Global Market to the next level by introducing a new night market series. The Havana Street Night Market will be a food-focused event, offering visitors an opportunity to taste and explore the diverse flavors of Aurora’s culinary scene. In addition to the food, the night market will have a lively atmosphere with music and performance, and adult beverages for those who want to enjoy a drink while taking in the sights and sounds of the market.
In addition to the Havana Business Improvement District – On Havana Street, we are proud to announce that we will work with the Seoul Hospitality Group and Sam’s No. 3, operators of some of the city’s most beloved establishments, to ensure that the Havana Street Night Market is an unforgettable experience.
