Market at the Center is an emerging monthly market hosted at the National Western Center in partnership with CSU Spur’s Second Saturdays, designed specifically with early-stage and growing vendors in mind.

This market is intentionally built as a low-barrier, high-opportunity entry point for small businesses, artists, food makers, and community organizations who are beginning their entrepreneurial journey or looking to expand their reach in a supportive environment. Our goal is simple: create a market where vendors can test ideas, build confidence, grow their audience, and scale alongside the event itself.

For our second year, Market at the Center is moving into the Main Campus Plaza, the most active and visible space on the National Western Center campus. This central plaza is the main pedestrian corridor during Second Saturdays and sits directly alongside CSU Spur’s programming and attractions. The result is an incredible combination of accessibility, strong foot traffic, and a setting that elevates your brand without requiring a premium booth fee.

Vendor pricing for Market at the Center is intentionally accessible. We believe cost should not be a barrier to participation, especially for newer businesses. This market is structured to allow vendors to participate consistently, learn from each event, and grow over time rather than treating each date as a one-off opportunity.

Each market date is aligned with CSU Spur’s themed Second Saturday programming, bringing in families, students, educators, and community members who are already engaged and spending time on campus. These audiences tend to linger, explore, and return month after month, creating meaningful opportunities for relationship-building and repeat customers.

We curate a balanced mix of vendors across categories, including:
