Festivals, night markets and cultural celebrations across Denver, Aurora and the Front Range. The plan, the brand, the marketing and the gear, for the cities, districts and venues that host them.
A Denver event production company built to bring community events to life
Bonfire Event Co. produces community events that feel alive on the street and buttoned up behind the scenes. Night markets, cultural festivals, county fairs, seasonal celebrations. We handle the vendors, the sponsors, the permits, the site plan and the day of, so the people who hired us get to enjoy their own event.
We work with the organizations that own the space and the mission: business improvement districts, park conservancies, county governments, venues and cultural institutions across the Front Range. You bring the place and the reason. We bring the plan, the people and the production.

What working with us looks like
The same four steps whether you need the whole event, the marketing behind it or just the one piece you’re missing.
Scope
A conversation about what you’re trying to do: a new event, a series that needs more people, a sponsorship program, a launch. We come back with a format, a budget range and a timeline.
Build
Vendors, sponsors, permits, creative and site design move in parallel, with one point of contact and a weekly check-in so nothing surprises you.
Deliver
On event day we run the site, the stage, the vendors and the crowd so you can host. On a campaign we ship the creative, run the channels and handle the press.
Report
Attendance, vendor and sponsor results, what the marketing moved, and what to keep or change for next time.
Creative, marketing and PR, with or without an event
Some clients own the event and need the audience. For a county fair that can mean sponsorship sales and creative direction. For a festival series, the campaign and the press. For a venue, the whole marketing plan.
The same team works for brick-and-mortar businesses, corporate partners and nonprofits that want to reach the communities Bonfire already gathers. Brand and campaign strategy, identity and creative for print, digital and signage, social and paid media, press and media relations, newsletters and community outreach, and reporting that shows what moved. Scoped on its own or added to a production contract.
Questions we get
What does an event production company actually do?
What makes a Bonfire event different?
Can you take over an event we already run?
How far in advance should we start?
Do you handle permits, insurance and safety planning?
Do you offer marketing, brand and design services?
Can you help us find sponsors?
Do you provide rentals?
